Topic of the week

I love to cook, pea and lentil soup, beef stew, chili and taco soup.

Taco soup:

1# hamburger meat
1 medium onion, chopped finely
1 16 oz can each navy, kidney and pinto beans (or beans of your choice)
1 can of Rotel tomatoes
Taco seasoning

Brown hamburger meat and onions.
Add beans undrained with rotel tomatoes. Stir. Add taco seasoning to your taste.
Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese or chopped onions and Tostido chips.

And really good from what I hear - maybe I'll even try it when I'm up there next if you do away with the tomatoes and add sauce instead or something :P <3 you momma!
