Topic of the week
I prefer to use metal crocheting hooks. They feel better than plastic (never tried wood). Plastic hooks feel unsubstantial to me whereas the metal ones feel like I have something in my hand.. I will use them (plastic hooks) when I have no choice. The brand I usually use is Boye. I checked all my hooks and they are all Boye. No other brand; now I have to go its lunchtime for my little munchkins.

Metal for me too!!! I actually broke one of those plastic ones while using it!! Guess I was "into" my crochet & gripped that hook a bit too hard! "SNAP", well, needless to say the rest of them are buried in a drawer somewhere.... :)
